Financial Manager 

Whispr Group är ett snabbväxande, entreprenöriellt analys- och strategiföretag som hjälper 100+ kunder som Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Uber, Spotify och Ferrari att dra slutsatser från Big Data på 50+ marknader. Vi omsätter cirka 40 miljoner, har god lönsamhet och drygt 50 anställda på våra kontor i New York, Stockholm och Oslo.

Vi letar nu efter en Financial Manager till vårt huvudkontor i Stockholm. Du kommer att vara navet i koncernens ekonomihantering, sitta med i ledningsgruppen och svara direkt mot bolagets VD och grundare. Vi kan erbjuda dig ett roligt, utmanade och varierat jobb med mycket ansvar och väldigt stora möjligheter att påverka. Dina primära arbetsuppgifter kommer att bestå av att:
– Ha ytterst ansvar för koncernens ekonomihantering, budget, likviditet och resultat
– Hantera den löpande redovisningen i form av bokföring, löner, fakturering, betalningar, bokslut och skatteredovisning
– Sammanställa och presentera olika ekonomiska rapporter och prognoser
– Dra slutsatser och komma med rekommendationer från datan
– Sätta rutiner för och optimera koncernens backoffice-avdelning

Du bör söka tjänsten om du:
– Har minst 5-10 års erfarenhet av ekonomihantering på ett växande, medelstort eller större bolag
– Har erfarenhet av att arbeta med digitala ekonomisystem och mjukvaror, samt gärna även automatisering av bokföring och redovisning
– Har en relevant utbildning, förslagsvis en MSc inom ekonomi, med fokus på redovisning eller finans, från ett större universitet
– Har en datadriven approach och en bra analytisk förmåga
– Gillar entreprenöriella miljöer med stort utvecklingsfokus, snabb förändring och korta beslutsvägar
– Är positiv, flexibel och lösningsorienterad

Eftersom Whispr Group är en koncern med juridiska enheter i Sverige, USA och Norge är det ett stort plus om du har erfarenhet och/eller ett intresse av internationell koncernredovisning.

You’ll be an important part of expanding our New York office, working together with our Managing Director. As our Account Manager your responsibilities will include the following:

• Identify, develop, and capture new business opportunities and services
• Establish, maintain and improve on-going customer relationships
• Locate new business opportunities within existing and new client relationships
• Identify and summarize customer requirements and priorities
• Run and manage complex intelligence and strategy projects, including but not limited to planning and execution of report creation, crafting digital strategies and implementing workshops
• Manage social intelligence research, query building, software implementation and report creation
